We collect information you provide directly — name, phone number, email address, project address and any project details you submit through our consultation form or by phone or email. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and designs, perform and service contracted work, send project updates, and improve our website. We may use your contact details to follow up about seasonal services such as snow removal.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example email, hosting and scheduling providers), or when required by law.

If you provide your mobile number and tick one or both of the consent checkboxes on our consultation request form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Topo d'Oro Landscape Design at that number. The two opt-ins are separate: one for marketing messages such as special offers, seasonal promotions and service updates, and one for transactional messages such as appointment reminders, estimate and project updates and service notifications. Neither checkbox is pre-selected and neither is required to submit the form or to receive a quote.

We retain inquiry and project records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
