Pricing, scope and schedules are confirmed only in a written proposal or signed agreement. Design drawings, plans and renderings we prepare remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program description. If you opt in, Topo d'Oro Landscape Design may send you text messages relating to consultation scheduling, estimates, project updates, service notifications and promotional offers.

Consent. Message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. You may opt in through our consultation form or by request.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our text messaging program. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers or send messages to anyone under 18.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Help and opt out. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages from the program. You may also call us at (847) 387-9509.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
